How do I track my order?
You can track your shipment and access your tracking information by visiting your Orders account page. You will also receive e-mail notifications with tracking information as your packages ship out.
What is your return policy?
All products sold are on final sale and are non-returnable. Please keep in mind that many of our items are handmade by the designers, and created uniquely for our customers. We respect the time and care our design partners put into providing unique products to design lovers like yourself, which is why our return policy is in place. Thank you for your understanding!
When will I receive my order?
While we always strive to ship items as quickly as possible, given the customized/handmade nature of some of our products, some items can take a bit longer. We promise it's worth the wait!

Your order may ship out in multiple packages as they're ready. As each package ships, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
Do you charge shipping?
Yes, we charge shipping depending on the products you’re purchasing. You will see your shipping charges at checkout.
When will I be charged for my purchase?
As soon as your order is placed, we authorize the card for the full order value to confirm that funds are available. We capture the funds (charge your card) as your packages are shipped. You may see separate payment charges, but they will always sum to your order total.
Where does Bezar ship to?
At this moment Bezar only ships in the continental United States. We do plan on expanding internationally in the near future. So, please keep checking back!
